Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that in the present writ petition, the prayer is defective, as the objection filed by the petitioners had already been decided, but the restoration application is still pending.
Learned counsel for the petitioners made a limited prayer for dismissal of the writ petition as withdrawn with the liberty to file afresh writ petition with the proper prayer.
Liberty is accorded to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh writ petition with the proper prayer.
Office is directed to returned the certified copy of the orders filed by the petitioner alongwith the writ petition and place the xerox copy of the same on record.
