The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a mandamus commanding the State respondents to release arrears of salary, retiral benefits and pension to the petitioner. The petitioner claims that he was a regular Class IV employee of a recognised institution namely Shri Naraheji Inter College, Narahi, Rasara, Ballia and he retired on 30.6.2012. The arrears of salary and pensionary benefits have not been paid to him so far, despite repeated representations.
Learned standing counsel states that the representation of the petitioner would be decided by respondent no.3 within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, without entering into merits, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the third respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner and pass a speaking order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order alongwith a fresh representation.
