1. This Court (Coram: Smt.Abhilasha Kumari, J.), vide order dated 26.04.2011 had issued notice and made it returnable on 11.05.2011.
2. The record shows that all the respondents have been served. However, no appearance is there on behalf of respondent No.1. Mr.Munshaw, learned counsel appears for respondent No.2.
3. It is specifically averred in the petition that the case of the petitioner is not considered for granting benefit of 2nd higher grade scale and earlier orders are not considered.
4. In view of the above, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to file affidavit latest by 14.02.2012. Rejoinder, if any, be filed on or before 17.02.2012. The matter is adjourned to 22.02.2012.
