Heard Sri Randhir Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rajeev Trivedi, learned counsel for the contesting respondents.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"(i) Kindly direct the District Judge Mathura, respondent no.1 to hear Misc. Case No.369 of 2018, Sri Devki Nandan Goswami & others Vs. Sri Radhaballabh Vaishnav Committee (Rasvansh) and others on day-to-day basis and pass a reasoned and effective order."
In the considered opinion the Court, the proceedings of the case bearing No.369 of 2018 can be directed to be disposed of within a time bound period.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide Misc. Case No.369 of 2018 Sri Devki Nandan Goswami & others vs. Sri Radhaballabh Vaishnav Committee (Rasvansh) and others, strictly in accordance with law and giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties and also considering the objection of the defendant, if any, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order.
The contesting respondents are at liberty to file objection within a period of three weeks from today.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
