There appears to be some defect in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. The petitioners, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh petition.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
Certified copies of the impugned orders shall be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners, after retaining a photostat copy on record.
