Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel has appeared for the respondents No.1, 2 and Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, on behalf respondent No.4.
Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 submits that additional compensation has already been paid to the petitioner on 02.09.2014 and as such no further compensation is payable to them.
Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the land of the petitioner was purchased by the State of U.P. under a sale deed and the sale consideration mentioned in the sale deed has duly been paid and as such further amount is payable to the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we do not find any justification in the prayer made by the petitioner for payment of additional amount.
The Writ Petition is misconceived and is dismissed.
