JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
Mr. Mehul Sharad Shah, learned advocate, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent NO.2.
Heard learned advocates for the parties.
Learned advocate for the opponent No.2 however submits that the nature of amendment and prayer clause would travel beyond the relief claimed in the main appeal.
Considering the facts and circumstances and submission made by learned advocate for the applicants/original appellants, prayer in terms of para 4(A) is granted.
Civil Application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
