Aggrieved over the long pendency of the Execution Application in E.A.No.70 of 2010 in E.P.No.220 of 2008 in O.S.No.262 of 1964, the petitioner has come before this Court with this Civil Revision Petition.
2. The petitioner has obtained the decree as early as on 09.08.1971 and she filed the Execution Petition in E.P.No.220 of 2008 on 11.06.2008. In the interregnum, various petitions were filed and the decree holder cannot get the fruits of the decree. Now, the Execution Application in E.A.No.70 of 2010 is pending for a long time.
3. A perusal of the docket orders shows that E.A.No.70 of 2010 is pending from 19.03.2010.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is issued to the I Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, to dispose of the Execution Application in E.A.No.70 of 2010 in E.P.No.220 of 2008 in O.S.No.262 of 1964, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also desirable that the Execution Court to dispose of all the Execution Applications and pass orders on the Execution Petition as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
