Petitioner has approached this Court complaining about the non-inclusion of her name in Ext.P6 list of beneficiaries for whom land has to be assigned. Petitioner is a person coming under scheduled tribe community and as per the Government orders she was entitled for assignment of one acre of land. According to her, she is in possession of certain item of land which the Government had offered to assign in her name. However when the beneficiaries list was prepared, her name was not included. This writ petition is, therefore, filed seeking appropriate directions to the respondents to include her name also in the list of beneficiaries. 2. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that after conducting an enquiry in the matter, petitioner's name has also been included in the list for whom land can be assigned.
Under such circumstances, I do not think that any further W.P.C.No.26391 OF 2013 2 direction is required to be passed in the case. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of.
