JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajiv Sharma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 to 4.
With the consent of the parties' counsel the writ petition is being finally disposed of at the admission stage.
Keeping in view the petitioner's prayer with regard to disposal of his representation moved on 04.06.2011, issuance of notice to the opposite party no.5 is dispense with.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel of the petitioner that the petitioner is the owner of land in question and he is raising a boundary wall thereon but the opposite party no. 5, who is a land Mafia is trying to grab the land of the petitioner illegally. To ventilate his grievance the petitioner has already preferred an application before the competent authority but no decision has been taken on that application till date.
Accordingly the writ petition is finally disposed of directing the respondents/competent authority to look into the matter and take a decision on the petitioner's application dated 04.06.2011 with regard to the alleged grabbing of the land in question by passing a speaking and reasoned order expeditiously, say within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. It is open for the petitioner to submit a fresh representation for the said purpose.
Subject to above, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
