Hon'ble Anjani Kumar Mishra,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the case no. 01933 of 2017 computer case no. C201702000001933 of 2017 (Devi Shankar and others versus Balkriishna and others) within stipulated period of time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner is aggrieved on account of pendency of a revision filed by him in the year 2017 before the Additional Commissioner, respondent no. 2, which arises out of a suit for partition. It is stated that the lower court record has already been received.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Additional Commissioner to decide the revision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
