Hon'ble Mrs. Manju Rani Chauhan,J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 12.09.2019 passed by Judicial Magistrate-I, Varanasi wherein Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued against the applicant in Misc. Case No. 43 of 2016 (Ramgarh Singh vs. Devi Prasad and anther), under Sections 420, 467, 468, 166, 167, 409, 504 IPC, Police Station-
Maduadih, District- Varanasi.
