The petitioners are brick kiln owners. They have preferred the present writ petition for quashing the order dated 25.03.2011 passed by respondent no.5, whereby certain directions have been issued to the brick kiln owners of the district Allahabad in compliance of a judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.120 (M/B) of 2011.
List is revised. No one appears for the petitioners.
We have perused the materials on the record and we find that either the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time or the petitioners have lost the interest to pursue the matter.
There is no application available on the record for the early hearing of the matter. The matter is lying dormant for the last seven years.
However, the petitioners are granted liberty to move a recall application in case the cause of action still survives or this order causes prejudice to the interest of the petitioners.
The writ petition is dismissed.
