Petitioner …Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to set aside the impugned order dtd:07.02.2015 in civil miscellaneous no.3/2013 in I.A.No.1 passed by the learned Principal Civil Judge and JMFC at Soraba vide Annexure-A by issuing a writ of certiorari as illegal and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Respondent No.1 in Civil Misc.No.3/2013 on the file of the Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.) and JMFC., Soraba, has come up in this Writ Petition impugning the order dated 07.02.2015 passed on I.A.No.1.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the proceedings in Civil Misc.No.3/2013 is looked into in the e-courts website of Shimoga District. On going through the same, it is seen that Civil Misc.No.3/2013 has already been disposed of by judgment dated 07.03.2017. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition as the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
