THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER This petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2 in the charge sheet submitted by the respondent-police in their Crime No.221/2015 in respect of the offence punishable under Sections 143, 498(A), 120(B), 109, 304(B), 302, 201, 149 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. His previous application in Criminal Petition No.3798/2016 was rejected by this Court on 17.06.2016 vide considered order. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to show any change of circumstance from then to now to reconsider his prayer for bail.
3. In view of the above, petition is rejected. Since it is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2016 and the trial is yet to commence, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and take the case to its logical end within an outer limit of six months from the date of communication of this order.
