At the very outset, Mr. Bharat Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that during the pendency of this bail application before this Court, the applicant has claimed that he is juvenile before the concerned court below and proceedings in this regard is going on, therefore, the applicant does not want to press this application and he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application.
In view of statement made by Mr. Bharat Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, the instant bail application is rejected as withdrawn.
