The petitioners have preferred the present petition with the prayer to set aside the impugned judgement and order dated 05.08.2020 and 24.02.2020 passed by the District Judge, Baghpat in Civil Revision No.18/20 and passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Baghpat in O.S. No.88/2018 (C.N.R. No.UPBG050039732019) (Mahendra Singh and others Vs. Devendra and others).
It is argued by counsel for the petitioners that the orders passed by the court below are absolutely illegal and without considering the legal arguments raised in the matter.
The matter requires consideration.
Issue notice to respondents no.3 to 5 returnable at an early date. Steps be taken within ten days.
Counter affidavit be filed by all the respondents within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks' thereafter.
List immediately after service of notice.
