A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Krishna Agarwal, learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 that the matter pertains to recruitment of central government employee, which is notified under Section 7 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.
Accordingly, petitioner has statutory alternative remedy of filing of original application before Central Administrative Tribunal.
Since, there is statutory alternative remedy of filing of original application under the Act, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
