Grievance of the petitioner is that private respondent No.5 is illegally interfering in his possession over his land.
Dispute is between two private persons in respect of the property and it is always open to the petitioner to seek such remedy as may be available to him under common civil law and a writ petition seeking mandamus to command the State respondents to take action in a dispute between two private persons, is not liable to be entertained.
Writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to take such other remedy as may be available to him in common civil law, if so advised.
