By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court challenging the order dated 11.12.2017 by which charge of village Kiratpur has been directed to be handed over to one Pammi Singh, Secretary/Village Development Officer. The second order under challenge is order dated 8.2.2018 by which the petitioner has been attached to the Development Block Office, Pahasu and the charge of the various villages that were earlier given to the petitioner has been taken away and the petitioner has merely been attached.
According to the petitioner there is a circular dated 26.11.2007 by which a prohibition has been imposed for transferring and attaching the employees to different departments without the prior approval of the Chief Minister. Whether such circular is still in force or not has not been mentioned in the writ petition. That apart the petitioner having been attached to an office if the same causes any hardship to the petitioner after being reinstated, the petitioner can approach the Director, Panchayat Raj-respondent no. 2 raising its grievance.
In case such a representation is made before the Director-respondent no. 2, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
