Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Additional District Judge/Special Judge (Gangster Act), Mathura to decide the G.S.T. No.371 of 2011 (State Vs. Manoj and others), under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti- Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Mathura, within time stipulated by this Court.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since long time and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
