Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition challenging the notices dated 24.09.2019 as well as 03.10.2019 issued by District Inspector of Schools, Ramput-Respondent No.4.
A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Gagan Mehta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.5-Dr. Bhim Rao, Ambedkar University as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 that since only a reply has been sought for by respondent No.4 from the Principal of the College in question, writ petition is not maintainable. It is further argued that at present, the petitioner is working on the post of Principal, as such, the letter appears to be written by District Inspector of Schools to the petitioner asking certain informations.
At this point of time, it is argued by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner will submit a reply to the aforesaid notices within a period of two weeks from today before respondent No.4.
If any such reply is filed, respondent No.4 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondent No.5 expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months thereafter.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
Till the decision has been taken, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
