Heard the petitioner in person and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come up to this Court challenging the order dated 9.1.2018.
The petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition against the order of suspension pending enquiry. That order of suspension was stayed by order dated 29.11.2017 till the pendency of the departmental proceeding and a direction was issued to conclude the enquiry within three months. Pursuant to the aforesaid order of this Court, now a charge sheet has been served upon the petitioner and as such, no interference is called for. The petitioner may respond to the charge sheet and the authorities are directed to conclude the enquiry as earlier directed by this Court.
With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
