Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicants have prayed for quashing charge sheet dated 07.09.2018 as well as the entire criminal proceedings of Case No. 4558 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No. 391 of 2018, under sections 325, 323, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Saini, District Kaushambi pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kuashambi.
In the opening argument, learned counsel for the applicants himself conceded that the applicants have already been bailed out in the aforesaid case, therefore, this Court has no option but only to advise, the applicants that they may ventilate their grievance by filing discharge application in the court concerned, if so advised.
With the aforesaid observation, the application filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., is finally disposed of.
