Although several prayers have been made in the instant petition but at the time of making oral submissions, counsel for the petitioner submitted that a direction be issued to the trial court to decide the impleadment and stay application filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No.409 of 2019 expeditiously.
The application was filed on 28.05.2019. It was directed to be put on the date already fixed i.e. 27.07.2019. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the application could not be decided on that date and is still pending.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to ensure speedy disposal of the application filed by the petitioner by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
