It is stated that the fifth respondent has hurled abuses and is threatening the petitioner.
If that be so, appropriate remedy for the petitioner would be to either lodge a police report or file appropriate application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. No direction in the writ petition is called for.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
