Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This Court vide order dated 07.01.2003 disposed of the petition by passing the following order:
"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as brought on record, this writ petition is disposed of finally providing that the shop in dispute shall not be demolished otherwise than in accordance with law."
It is urged that the shop belonging to the Nagar Nigam, in which the applicant was the tenant, has been demolished by the Nagar Nigam.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the writ court order has been flouted.
In my opinion, the demolition of the shop gives the applicant a fresh cause of action to be adjudicated in appropriate forum.
Petition is accordingly dismissed.
