Heard counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application has been filed for expeditious disposal of the bail application of the applicant.
This application is disposed of with the direction that in the event, the applicant appears before the court concerned and applies for bail within two weeks from today in case crime no. 110 of 2008, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3(i) (x) SC/ST Act, Police Station Colonelganj, District Kanpur Nagar, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, preferably if possible on the same day in conformation with the principles laid down by the Apex Court in the case Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others ( 2009) 4 SCC, 437. For a period of three weeks from today no coercive measure shall be taken against the applicant.
