JUDGMENT / ORDER

Nobody is present for the petitioner. Sri R. N. Kesri is present for respondent no. 2.
Petitioner before this court seeks a mandamus directing the Bank to permit him to operate the bank account, which has been opened in the name of a Registered Society.
There is nothing on record to establish that the petitioner has been registered as office bearer for the year 2010-2010 under section 4 of the Societies Registration Act. Therefore, no mandamus as prayed for can be issued.
Dismissed.
