JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the proposed order, the requirement of issuance of notice to the respondent nos.2 and 3 is hereby dispensed with.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that an appropriate direction may be issued to the court concerned for expediting the proceedings of temporary injunction application No.5-G-2 filed in Civil Suit No. 467/2017.
Having regard to the innocuous nature of prayer made by the petitioners, this petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid application and conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
It is further directed that the parties to the case shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment, neither any such adjournment shall be granted by the court concerned, except in exceptional circumstances.
