(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JU RAVI R.TRIPATHI) On 24th September 2012 this Court had issued bailable warrant in a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) returnable on 18th October 2012, against the applicant-Mr.Devesh Bhatt in Criminal Misc. Application No.4861 of 2012. It is reported that said bailable warrant has remained unserved to the applicant.
The learned Public Prosecutor was requested to look into the matter. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the information available, applicant-Devesh Bhatt is residing in the jurisdiction of University Police Station. The learned Public Prosecutor requested that if fresh bailable warrant can be issued, he will see to it that the same is served on the applicant and on the next returnable date the applicant is kept present before the Court.
2. The Registry is directed to issue FRESH BAILABLE WARRANT in a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) returnable on 5th November 2012 against applicant-Devesh Bhatt in Criminal Misc. Application No.4861 of 2012. The Registry to hand over packet of the aforesaid bailable warrant to the Office of the learned Public Prosecutor.
