The prayer in this petition is to command the respondents 2 and 5 to shift the weighbridge to Village Nara Faridpur from Village Kera.
Such a grievance can appropriately be addressed by the respondent no.5(District Cane Officer, Bareilly).
In view of the above, the petition is disposed off by giving liberty to the petitioner to represent his grievance to the respondent no.5.
