None responds for the petitioner to press this writ petition.
By means of instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing mandamus commanding the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow to decide the Misc. Case No. 28 of 2002 (Devesh Mani Tripathi Versus Smt. Anupma Tripathi) filed by the petitioner on 6.4.2002 on its own merits without getting prejudiced by the order dated 19.3.2002 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No. 789 (M/S) of 2002.
The petitioner who has preferred application before the family court is remained pending.
As such we direct the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court that in case the application has not been decided as yet, the same may be decided within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
With the aforesaid observation the writ petition is finally disposed of.
