On the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was instituted against the Gram-pradhan, Gram-Ram Nagar, Post-Sirsa, Block-Uroova, District-Prayagraj.
The grievance of the petitioner is despite the enquiry having been completed, no action, pursuant thereto to cease his finantial powers or to divest him from administrative functions, has been taken by the authority concerned.
In view of the above, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent No.2-District Magistrate, Prayagraj, UP, to ensure appropriate action in accordance with law on the enquiry, held against the respondent No.6 on the complaint made by the petitioner most expeditiously, if possible, within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
