JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that learned Standing Counsel was directed to seek instructions in the matter but till date no instructions have been received.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is allowed four weeks' time to seek instructions.
List the matter on 8.3.2010. In case instructions are not received by the learned Standing Counsel on the date fixed, Engineer-in-Chief and Principal Secretary, P.W.D. shall appear in person to assist the Court.
