The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T. D. Phani Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
“Petitioners are A2 to A4. They seek for grant of anticipatory bail. They allegedly committed matrimonial offences. The first petitioner is a senior citizen. Petitioners 2 and 3 are women. In view of the age of the first petitioner and sex of the petitioners 2 and 3, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioners shall surrender before the learned Special Judge for Prohibition and Excise Cases, Guntur, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned Special Judge for Prohibition and Excise Cases, Guntur, shall enlarge the petitioners on bail on a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each in a likesum to his satisfaction.”
