JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Rule.
Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
By way of this application, the applicant has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail.
However, from jail remarks, we find that only once the applicant was enlarged on temporary bail for 15 days and the applicant had absconded for 627 days.
On this count alone, discretion does not deserve to be exercised.
Hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
