Devare vs State

In view of the submissions made by Mr. Pujara, learned Counsel for the applicant, the Civil Application No. 7121 of 2011 and Civil Application No.8307 of 2011 have, in the facts and circumstances of the case and subsequent development become infructuous. Therefore, both the Civil Applications i.e. Civil Application No. 7121 of 2011 and Civil Application No.8307 of 2011 are disposed of as having become infructuous.
