2. The writ petitioner is aggrieved as his application dated September 7, 2012, seeking grant of permission to quarry building stone in the land-in- question has not, yet, been considered.
3. We direct the Deputy Director, Department of Mines and Geology, Ramanagar, to consider and dispose of the application of the writ petitioner, in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
5. We make no order as to costs.
