With the consent of the parties the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 (Tehsildar, Tehsil Ballia, District Ballia) to decide the petitioner's case being Case No. 972 of 1969 (Devanti Devi Vs. Shyam Narayan) filed in the year 2012 under Section 33/34 of the Land Revenue Act expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
