JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner had challenged an order dated 09.05.2016 of the third respondent relating to the appointments of respondents 4 and 5.

2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no objection to the appointments of respondents 4 and 5.
However, he submits that the question relating to the right of the third respondent to make such appointments may be left open for adjudication in an appropriate case.
3. By acceding to the said request, W.P. (MD) No.9622 of 2016 is disposed of by taking note of the submission that the petitioner has no objection to the appointments of respondents 4 and 5. The question relating to the right of the third respondent to make such appointments is left open for adjudication in an appropriate case. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
