The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Appeal No. 103 of 2019, under Section 13 (1) U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale & Distribution Control) Order, 2016, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the Appeal be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Appeal.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Appeal No. 103 of 2019, under Section 13 (1) U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale & Distribution Control) Order, 2016, be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
