Heard Mr.Jani, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr.Raval, learned APP for the respondent - State.
Mr.Raval, learned APP, upon written instruction received from Detective Police Inspector, Economic Crime Cell, CID Crime, Ahmedabad, Mr.J.B.Solanki states that the investigation is in progress and the same shall be completed at the earliest, preferably within one month. In support of such submission, Mr.Raval, learned APP, tenders communication made by Mr.J.B.Solanki and addressed to the learned Public Prosecutor of this Court dated 11.1.2012, which shall be retained on record.
Upon such submission being made by Mr.Raval, learned APP for the respondent, learned advocate Mr.Jani for the petitioner submits that the matter may be disposed of accordingly, as the prayer made by the applicant is more or less complied with.
In above view of the matter, this application now does not survive and stands disposed of, reserving the liberty of the petitioner to move this Court in case of difficulty.
