The petitioner challenges the appointment of the Secretary as the Administrator. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that, it is in accordance with the order in the arbitration case, A.R.C.No.33 of 2012 before the Arbitration Court, Thiruvananthapuram. However, the order seems to have been not challenged herein. In such circumstance, the writ petition would stand dismissed without prejudice to the petitioner's right to challenge such order in accordance with law. No costs.
