JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent made a submission that the petitioner has been reinstated into service and accordingly, the order passed by this Court on 26.04.2006 in W.P.No.36552 of 2004 has been complied with.
Thus no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the contempt application stands closed.
