The petitioner approached this Court on account of delay on the part of the revenue officials in effecting changes in the BTR by including the name of the petitioner and thereafter enabling the petitioner to pay the land tax. The petitioner relied on the judgment of the Civil Court in O.S. No.20/1998. She also relied on the report of the village officer in Ext.P7.
In view of the above, after adverting to the necessary materials placed by the petitioner, decision shall be taken by the 2nd respondent- Tahsildar within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
