This Writ Petition is filed for an early disposal of a complaint before the second respondent under the Maintenance and Welfare of Senior Citizen Act 2003. If the application submitted by the petitioner has not been taken up and disposed of, the second respondent shall dispose of the application after hearing the petitioner and the first respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
