The petitioner is aggrieved with no action having been taken on Ext.P5. The petitioner approached this Court in the wake of an election notified as per Ext.P5. There was no interim order and the election is over and new committee has also been appointed. In such circumstance, the petitioner has to approach the appropriate authority. Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, leaving open such remedy. Sd/-
