Heard Mr.R.D. Dave, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.H.L. Jani, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the opponent-State.

Mr.Dave, learned counsel for the appellant, states that the appellant has expired on 11th December, 2011 and produced on record Death Certificate.

In view of statement made by Mr.Dave, learned counsel for the appellant and the Death Certificate produced on record, present appeal stands disposed of abated. Bail bond, if any, shall stand discharged. Records and Proceedings, if received, be sent back to the concerned trial Court, forthwith.
