(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through his mother seeking temporary bail for a period of 45 days so as to undertake agricultural operation.
Taking into consideration the fact that the convict is only recently convicted by judgment and order dated 25.11.2011 in Sessions Case NO.16 of 2011 for offence under Sections 302, 323, 324, 328, 341, 34, 143, 147 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code and he has only undergone 1 year 3 months and 26 days as on 22.06.2012, the application does not find favour. The same is rejected.
